1.Interview every applicant. 

2.Never submit an applicant's profile to two or  more clients.

3.All client information is kept strictly confidential until potential qualified candidates have been identified. The client's salary structure will never be revealed under any circumstances.

We  recommends that clients’ human resource departments cooperate as follows:

1.Answer our questions in a timely manner. And notify us when a position has been filled or if the job requirements have changed.

2.Interval time between interviews is a key factor in sourcing a qualified candidate. We strongly suggest that the interval between two interviews remains less than one week. This will help ensure that a case is handled successfully and that candidates do not feel neglected.

3.When evaluating a suitable candidate, the customer should make a prompt decision or risk losing the candidate.

4.An answer is expected from clients within 48 hours after a candidate interview. Even if the candidate is unsuitable, we still request notification so that we may more effectively identify appropriate candidates.
