We recommends that clients’
human resource departments cooperate as follows:
1.Answer our questions in a timely manner. And notify us when a
position has been filled or if the job requirements have changed.
2.Interval time between interviews is a key factor in sourcing a
qualified candidate. We strongly suggest that the interval between two
interviews remains less than one week. This will help ensure that a case
is handled successfully and that candidates do not feel neglected.
3.When evaluating a suitable candidate, the customer should make a
prompt decision or risk losing the candidate.
4.An answer is expected from clients within 48 hours after a candidate
interview. Even if the candidate is unsuitable, we still request
notification so that we may more effectively identify appropriate
candidates.
